Limitation of Liability: By purchasing formation services, you authorise Proformationhub to file the required forms with Companies House. Proof of identity may be required to complete these services.

Service Requirements: Only individuals aged 16 and above who are not restricted (e.g., undischarged bankruptcies) may form companies in the UK.

Orders submitted on the Website are considered offers to purchase services, and Proformationhub reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.

Purchasers of address services agree to use Proformationhub's Digital Mailroom Service, which will forward official government mail and court documents electronically.

Refunds for company formation packages are available if the order has not yet been submitted to Companies House and is within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not granted after submission, even if rejected by Companies House. Refunds for unused address services are also available within 14 days of purchase.

Additional services, such as secretarial and accounting packages, may be ordered alongside company formation. Independent advice is recommended prior to purchasing these services.

Proformationhub is not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events. If such an event lasts over 14 days, services may be terminated and any pre-paid but unprovided services will be refunded.
